A 70-year-old Jackson man was killed in a two-car wreck in Manchester Township on Friday, and his passenger airlifted to the hospital in critical condition, authorities said. The accident was reported at 7:58 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Commonwealth and Northampton boulevards in the Pine Lake section of the Ocean County township. The driver, George Hruszczak, was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
