The LOAON event took place today at 7 a.m. German time. Here players of the Korean version of Smilegate’s MMORPG Lost Ark can find out what’s going to be released in the near future. For example, we got a preview of the new Aeromancer class, and a new Legion raid was also announced.
Geralt comes to Arkesia
It will probably take a while before these things also appear here in the West, but an announced thing could also appear here at the same time. Lost Ark will have a collaboration with CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher 3 this winter. As is often the case with such cross-over events, this could appear simultaneously in all versions of the game, which is why players in the West should also look forward to this.
It is not yet known what exactly this event will contain, but a few Yennefer or Geralt skins would be quite likely. A guardian raid in the style of The Witcher 3 cannot be ruled out either. Players may have to complete a quest line in which they piece by piece track down a new Guardian. There could then be a Witcher-style skin or something similar as a reward for this.
All announcements were made by a friendly Reddit user in one Google Doc document listed. So if you want to know what the future holds for Lost Ark (buy now €19.99) ready, then you should definitely take a look at this. Also the Aeromancer received a proper trailer, but it will probably be quite a while before it appears here in the West. So don’t build up too much anticipation just yet.
