New Jersey on Monday reported another 1,239 confirmedCOVID-19 positive tests and three new confirmed deaths as more than 1,000 patients remain hospitalized for the sixth consecutive day. The state’s seven-day average for confirmed positive tests was 2,941, a 7% increase in the past week and a 43% increase from a month ago. There were 1,017 patients with confirmed or suspected coronavirus cases reported in 69 out of the state’s 71 hospitals. Two hospitals did not report data.
