Twitter Delegate may soon replace the Team TweetDeck feature, as the company has been working on the feature for at least six months. With Delegate, you will be able to share an account with your team.

As noted researcher Nima Oujisince December Twitter is working on a delegate. At the time, he was able to discover that TweetDeck Teams was moving to this new feature. Now Ouji is showing that when this feature becomes available to users, it will be two different roles.

Member: Members can send private messages, post tweets, and create lists. Members can also view private messages, tweets, and the account list; Administrator: Administrators have the same rights as members. They can also invite or remove members and view account analytics.

It’s not yet clear what someone else’s Twitter will look like after enabling the delegation feature. This may be similar to what TweetDeck already does.

Once the Twitter Delegate invitation is accepted, another user will be able to contribute to the account with their updated permissions. We still don’t know how many people will be able to tweet from one account.

In 2022, Twitter introduced several new features such as live audio conversations with Spaces, new Communities tabs, Twitter Circle, Notes, CoTweets, Twitter Blue, and more.

While some features are still only available in the US, the company is working to roll them out to more countries in the near future.

On the other hand, Twitter recently discontinued its TweetDeck app for macOS. According to some rumors, Twitter is considering making this feature exclusive to Twitter Blue subscribers, which currently costs $2.99 per month.
