Mercer County homicide detectives are investigating the death of a person found severely burned near a cemetery in Hamilton Tuesday morning, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said. Hamilton police found the body after responding to a 6:45 a.m. call reporting suspected human remains in the area of Clover Avenue. Officers confirmed it was a severely burned body, the office said.
