As announced earlier this month by the developers, Hitman 3 now has a brand new mission.
Infiltrate the pirates!
Available since January 2021, the third installment of the rebooted franchise by IO Interactive has continuously welcomed additional content to offer new locations and new objectives to players. Always with a view to renewing the experience, the “Ambrose Island” mission is now available to all owners of the game.
Indeed, this unprecedented operation is an integral part of the latest update and will land you on a pirate island located in the Andaman Sea. The plot is set before the events of Hitman 3 and sees Agent 47 exploring the coves, rickety bridges and jungles of this isolated pirate haven. You are thus responsible for neutralizing Noel Crest, the leader of a group of notorious thieves, and Akka, who is known as the “pirate queen”.
The new update also includes new weapons, including a kind of fishing hook, a grenade with a poison frog inside, a machete and many more things, so you won’t run out of resources to take down those who stand in your way.
As a reminder, Hitman 3 has been available since January 21, 2021 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Note also that the Hitman Trilogy, a compilation of the last three episodes of the saga, is available at no additional cost for Microsoft Game Pass subscribers.
