Germany’s agriculture ministers at federal and state level agreed a strategy for implementing the European Union’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) following consultations on Thursday, though some issues remain outstanding. “I am very happy that the states are supporting our course on the CAP strategy plan,” Agriculture Minister Cem Özdemir said after the consultations.
