Paradox Interactive has just revealed the date on which fans of Stellaris: Console Edition will be able to enjoy this new DLC.

Included in the game’s fifth Expansion Pass alongside the Nemesis and, later, Overlord expansions, Aquatics will let players uncover the secrets of a marine civilization while continuing to explore the galaxy and taking advantage of never-before-seen customization possibilities.
You will also be entitled to various new species such as dragons that have evolved to adapt perfectly to underwater life. Likewise, new resources, previously inaccessible areas and new characters will enhance the adventure, in addition to some ideal ships for navigating in space.
As a reminder, Stellaris lets you contemplate the immensity of a galaxy generated in a procedural way and sheltering innumerable planets to explore. Here you can encounter a myriad of savage, eccentric, and dangerous alien races who may prove to be crucial trading partners or rivals bent on enslaving your civilization. It is therefore your responsibility to wage strategic space warfare by managing resources and ensuring the survival and development of your empire.
Aquatics will therefore be launched on August 25 on PS4 and Xbox One, knowing that Stellaris: Console Edition has been available since February 2019 on these same platforms.
