Norway downgraded its terrorism alert by one level on Wednesday after raising it to the highest level in response to the weekend attack on a gay bar in central Oslo. The alert was being reduced to Level 4 (high) from Level 5 (exceptional), Roger Berg, the head of the country’s PST intelligence service, told a news conference.
