By David Wetzel New York (Knewz) — A Washington, D.C., man who left a dog hanging dead on a fence and another with apparent dogfighting wounds was sentenced to 90 days in prison and five years of probation. The D.C. District Attorney’s Office announced the sentencing for Jaquan Jackson, 35, who was found guilty of charges stemming from animal abuse.
