Whether red fall Originally due to be released this summer and then at the end of 2022, the new game from Arkane Austin and Bethesda Softworks has unfortunately been postponed to 2023. Recently, we had the right to new information about the software.
Indeed, during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2022 conference, a new gameplay video of Redfall has aired. This visual communication allows us to learn a little more about the game mechanics. First of all, the players will be able to choose their hero among a varied roster : Layla Ellison, Jacob Boyer, Remi de la Rosa, Devinder Crousley. These characters have their own abilities and equipment. Redfall will offer an open worldwhich it will be possible to explore.
Moreover, we should be able to rely on a full arsenal of weapons, some of which are considered “makeshift” while others are state-of-the-art equipment. Players will also be able to improve them and build some of them.
Moreover, we now know a little more about in the narrative background : vampires, creatures from scientific experiments gone wrong, have invaded the city of Redfall. However, they will not be the only enemies that players will have to face. We will also have to face an army of bodybuilders, worshiping vampires.
We already knew it but Redfall will be playable alone and also in cooperation (squad of 4 players).
As of now, the developers haven’t shared a specific release date. Redfall is due out in 2023, on PC and Xbox consoles. The title should arrive, as soon as it is officially launched, on the Xbox Game Pass.
